My Story

For much of my early life, I wrestled with uncertainty about who I was. I often second‑guessed my decisions and didn’t fully understand why I approached life the way I did. Confidence didn’t come naturally. It began to grow only after I got right with God and allowed myself to be shaped by mentors who challenged me, encouraged me, and modeled a better way forward.

In the early 2000s, I was introduced to CliftonStrengths, and it became a turning point. For the first time, I had language for the patterns I had always felt but couldn’t explain. I began to see that my wiring wasn’t random—my strengths were intentional, God‑given, and meant to be developed. Themes like Harmony, Adaptability, Positivity, Developer, and Belief helped me understand how I naturally lead, connect, and serve.

As I leaned into those strengths, my confidence grew—and so did my desire to help others experience the same clarity. Over the past 35+ years, I’ve led teams in a variety of roles, and for the last 18 years, I’ve coached individuals, couples, and groups through strengths‑based development. I’ve coached more than 175 people, facilitated workshops, and spoken at numerous events, all with one goal: helping people understand how they’re uniquely designed so they can thrive in their work, relationships, and calling.

Strengths coaching isn’t just a profession for me—it’s part of my story. It’s the framework God used to rebuild my confidence, shape my leadership, and give me a way to invest in others. Today, I help people discover their strengths so they can live with greater purpose, clarity, and confidence.
